(1) General: • The promoter of this competition is Hill's Pet Nutrition Ltd.Goldsworth Place 1 Forge End Woking Surrey GU21 6DB • The promotional period is between 08:00 on Thursday 6th March 2025 – 23:59 on Sunday 9th March 2025 • The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or Pinterest. • Hill’s Pet Nutrition reserves the right to change these General Terms at any time. Any changes, which will apply from the date that they are uploaded.
(2) Eligibility: No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or to win a prize, and a purchase will not improve your chances of winning; however, email address and internet access is required • The Promotion is open to residents of UK and Ireland aged eighteen (18) years of age and older at the time the winner is chosen except for employees and/or the immediate families of Hill’s Pet Nutrition, their agencies, subsidiaries and affiliates or suppliers. • Only one entry per person is valid using a validated email address. Where more than one entry is made only the first entry will be deemed as valid. • In entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. • Proof of age and eligibility may be required. • Hill’s Pet Nutrition reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the intention of the prize draw or competition. • Entries will be subject to moderation and entrants found to use multiple, bulk or falsified accounts to enter will be automatically disqualified.
(3) Entry: • You understand that by entering, you are providing information to Hill’s Pet Nutrition, and their affiliates and not to Facebook, Twitter or Instagram • To participate users must: • Fill out the form provided via Hill’s website • Entries must consent and acknowledge that they agree to the T&Cs of the competition.
(4) Prizes: • The winners will receive £500 worth of Hill’s Science Plan product • A winner will be selected from UK or Ireland by a random picker • The winners will be notified by email using the address provided at the point of entry between 10th March 2025 and 14th March 2025 and will have until 21st March 2025 to respond and accept. Winners must claim their prizes within 5 working days of being contacted by Hill’s Customer Services following the winner announcement. Failure to claim a prize within this time may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner • Any taxes, insurances, or other expenses are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. • Entries via the app must consent and acknowledge that they agree to the T&Cs of the competition • If requiring dispatch, prizes will be dispatched by Sprint Logistics Ltd. within two weeks of winner confirmation. • Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part • Hill’s Pet Nutrition reserves the right to substitute a prize of at least equal value in the event of unavailability, for whatever reason, of the advertised prizes. Should the value of any prize be less than the value stated in these Official Rules, the difference will not be awarded in cash or in kind
(5) Intellectual property & copyright: • Entrants undertake that any entry is not in breach of any third party intellectual property rights and that they indemnify Hill’s Pet Nutrition for any loss, damage or liability arising should this turn out not to be accurate. • Copyright remains with the Entrant
(6) Personal data & information:• Hill’s Pet Nutrition respects your privacy in accordance with the laws protecting personal data including without limitation the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018. If you provide personal data to Hill’s Pet Nutrition in connection with this Promotion, Hill’s Pet Nutrition will only process it in connection with the Promotion, for its record-keeping purposes and in connection with its activities that relate to it. If entrants choose the “opt in for marketing purposes” option, these details will be stored in a confidential manner and will not be handed out to any external parties or used for anything other than marketing related activity. Hill’s Pet Nutrition and its worldwide affiliates may use and disclose your personal data for these agreed purposes. except as set forth above, your data will be kept confidential. (7) Limitation of liability: • Insofar as is permitted by law, Hill’s Pet Nutrition, their agents, partners, agencies or affiliates will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate promotion entrants, nor can Hill’s Pet Nutrition be held in any way responsible for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the Competition or as a result of accepting any prize. • Your statutory rights are not affected. By entering the Contest, entrants confirm that they have read, understood and accepted these Official Rules. Any breach of these terms and conditions by the winner may result in the forfeiture of the prize.
