We will store your data in our databases and use it for maintaining your account profile, responding to your questions about our Company and its products and services, contacting you if you win in our promotions and events that require the registration, and for the marketing purposes, e.g. sending you newsletters, offers, surveys and other information by email. Provision of the personal data is voluntary. Collected personal data may be shared within Hill's Pet Nutrition group of the companies and the service providers processing the personal data on our behalf. Some of them may be located in non-EU countries, so you also agree with the transfer of your personal data outside of EU. Your personal data is only processed in compliance with the applicable laws. You have the right to access your personal data stored by us, rectify, erase and object as well as other rights provided for in the Data Protection Act.

Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

  1. This promotion is running until 31st December 2011 with a monthly draw.
  2. Opened to those aged 18 or over who are residents of UK, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and ROI, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France (excluding DOMs and TOMs), Germany, Greece, Holland, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Spain and Switzerland, but not employees or their immediate families of Hill's Pet Nutrition, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Promotion valid where legal.
  3. No purchase necessary. Only one entry per person online accepted.
  4. To enter this free prize draw you must fill in and submit your registration on-line, including a valid email address.
  5. Once registered you will be entered into the next and any subsequent monthly prize draw for 12 months. Each person will only be eligible to win one prize 
  6. Each monthly draw will close at the end of each calendar month and a winner will be selected at random under independent supervision. Each monthly winner will be notified only by email within 14 days of each closing date. After sending the notification email, the winner will have 30 days to contact the Promoter to confirm. After that period, if no contact has been made, the Promoter reserves the right the re-draw a new winner.
  7. You will not be contacted if you have not won.
  8. The name and region of the prize winner will be available on written request to the promoter. No other correspondence will be entered into concerning this promotion. Monthly Prize: One year’s supply of Hill’s Science Plan starting from the notification date to the winner. Prize will be provided in the form of dry bags of Hill's Science Plan, larger size available.   2. The Refund promotion is valid where legal.
  3. In order to participate in the Refund promotion, you have to purchase Hill'sTM Science PlanTM VetEssentials 1.5kg or 2kg bag from your veterinary clinic (“qualifying purchase”).
  4. Only the purchase price of the qualifying purchase will be refunded, up to the value of £12/€14.50. The refund will be provided in EUR denomination in respect of the above specified Hill's Science Plan VetEssentials products bought in the Republic of Ireland.   5. 4. Only the purchase price of the qualifying purchase will be refunded, up to £10.29 for VetEssentials dog food 2kg or up to £11.49 for VetEssentials cat food 1.5kg. These prices are the RRSPs and clinics are free to determine their own prices.
